| • | Why are diaper package sizes different than I've seen elsewhere?Diapers come in many different package sizes, depending on the brand, diaper size and package size. Sometimes you will find the package sizes at littlenappies.com are different than you may see elsewhere. This is usually a benefit to you. By offering various package sizes, we are able to get you lower prices per diaper.
It can get confusing.
You may see a large case at a store that appears to be less expensive than a large case at littlenappies.com. But make sure to compare the number of diapers in the different cases and the cost per diaper. Larger cases, especially at grocery stores, are often slightly smaller because of limited shelf space. Orders at littlenapies.com are processed daily and you can expect yours to be processed within 1-2 business days from the date you made your purchase. Purchases made on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.
Purchases made on federally recognized holidays (including New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day) will be processed on the following 1-2 business days.
Shipping at littlenappies.com depends on the product(s) you've purchased. We work with UPS and FedEx and our products are shipped from various locations around the U.S. Shipping time, therefore, depends somewhat on where you live. We assure you, we will get your order to you as quickly as we can.

| • | What is the shipping policy at littenappies.com?Orders are processed every day until 6pm PST & shipped within 1-2 business days. All of our distributors use Fed Ex. The following may cause a delay in the shipping process:
• incorrect shipping address
• shipping address does not match billing address
• payment delay or issue
• Fed Ex failure to deliver (i.e. severe weather conditions)
We currently only ship to the continental United States (including Alaska & Hawaii). At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, but we hope to provide these services in the future.
To pass the best prices on to our customers we order our products from different distributors. There may be a chance that your order may be delivered in different shipments. When ordering through littlenappies.com you will receive a Fed Ex tracking number so you can track your diapers. If you find that your order is not complete contact littlenappies.com at: littleprincellc@yahoo.com immediately and we will rectify the situation.

| • | Why did my order come in different packages?In an effort to get you the best price for your baby needs products, Littlenappies.com works with multiple suppliers. When your order includes products from more than one of our suppliers, you will receive more than one package containing your purchased products. |

| • | How do I return a product?Our top priority is your complete satisfaction! If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unopened packages within 30 days and once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product. We will also gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund if the product you received from Littlenappies.com is defective and returned to littlenappies.com. There are no returns or refunds for personalized items.
Your return should be sent back in the original box & packaging material. Please e-mail littleprincellc@yahoo.com with “RETURN” in the subject box. You will be sent a return form to fill out with your customer information, products ordered and reason for return. We will then send you the return information needed. |

| • | What if I need to exchange an item?If the item has been damaged or is defective you can return that item, unopened, in it's orginal packaging for a full refund or exchage within 30 days of purchasing the item. Through the ordering process we encourage our customers to review their order on each page to ensure the correct items and quantities are being purchased. | • | Does littlenappies.com accept manufacturer's coupons?No. Unfortunately, the only way for us to accept manufacturer's coupons would be through a lengthy and inconvenient process, both for you as a customer and for us. This process would require mailing costs to you as well as a waiting time which would make most coupons worth less than your efforts to redeem them.
However, despite this, you'll still find you save money on your diapering and baby product needs as you consistently shop at littlenappies.com. We encourage you to compare prices with any and all other stores, markets, websites and anywhere else baby products are sold (with diapers, make sure to compare on a per-diaper basis). |
